About Neon Internet

This project involved custom application development linking the client's existing telephone system to a web interface. The client wanted to track the progress of their large sales team which made thousands of calls daily. We developed a end-to-end solution for them, working with the company to ensure that their needs were met. In the end, we delivered a system that allowed managers to evaluate their team's progress, audit calls with an extensive search feature and enable individual employees to track their own progress.
